NOTICE OF DEADLINE TO FILE APPLICATION FOR PLACE ON BALLOT FOR MAY 2, 2026 ELECTION FOR BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF CENTRAL WATER CONTROL & IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
Notice is hereby given to all individuals interested in becoming a candidate for the Board of Directors of Central Water Control & Improvement District that applications for a place on the Central Water Control and Improvement District Board of Directors ballot must be filed by the following deadline:
February 13, 2026 - 4:00 PM - deadline to file for place on ballot (if an application is sent by mail, it is considered to be filed at the time it is received)
February 17, 2026 - 4:00 PM - deadline for write-in candidates to file declarations of write-in candidacy
Applications for a place on the Board of Directors of Central Water Control & Improvement District Regular Election ballot may be secured at the office of the District at 5307 US Hwy 69 North, Pollok, Texas between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM Monday through Friday.
